Can't find images and videos downloaded from Telegram

I use telegram web app using opera, not the desktop app. Now, when I downlaod a file like an APK, I can locate in my laptop's downloaded files but I can't locate any of the images or videos downloaded on thew eb app. Any idea where I can locate them?

@abdullahmertozd They should be all in the same place, the download directory that you've set up in settings page.

@leocg Unfortunately even after I cahnged the directory I can't find the images and videos in the folder, only files
