Can't add pages to Speed Dial

I used to be able to add websites to the Speed Dial page, but now, the Speed Dial page is not giving me the option to add a new website. For instance, I want to add Youtube.com to the Speed Dial, but can't. How do I fix this?

@metaphyzix1 If you use the heart button in address bar or the right click menu on the page, it also doesn't work?
