I cannot open multiple tabs at the same time in Mobile

I just synched my phone to my pc and copied my pc's speed dial folder to my phone and I tried to hold it to open all of them at the same time but the option wasn't there.

Is there a way to open multiple tabs in a folder simultaneously?

You just quit the app from recent menu, and clear cookies, data in opera app in settings, When this is done, Open app, It works
