Passwords Not Syncing

I recently re-installed Opera after some system issues, and now I cannot get my passwords to sync. They show as saved along with bookmarks etc (It shows a number of how many passwords I have, doesn't show the passwords) on the sync.opera.com as being in my account, but they aren't showing up in my password manager, it shows zero passwords. I'm running Windows 11 on a 2020 Lenovo, just downloaded the most recent version of Opera. I am logged into my account, have tried most of the trouble shooting I could find in two hours of searching forums. Maybe I'm stupid and missing something? Thanks in advance!

@blondeknight Did you enabled passwords syncing when you logged in to Sync?

@leocg I did, and everything else, bookmarks etc, synced correctly. I did also uninstall and reinstalled Opera, wiping all user data, but that didn't solve anything. Thanks so much for any help!
