Site Is Displayed as Plain Text

The site "https://www.stumptowncoffee.com" is displayed as plain text.
I have just installed Opera, extensions are turned-off, ad-blocker and trucker blocker are turned-off, cookies was deleted.
I still see the same- plain text.
How can I see this site as normal?

@aristarh1970 Works fine here, do a backup and try resetting flags and settings.
