I guess it's only available in the Trusty Tahr (14.04) and newer repositories then.
As I am running Linux Mint 17 (based on 14.04) and it appears there for me.

Been playing around with 25 on 12.04 and am not impressed! Opera 25 won't play Youtube or Yahoo videos and any others for that matter.
Then there is bookmarks or lack thereof!!! Most but not all bookmarks from 12.06 went over but they are all jumbled up in no organized listing and it seems like you have to do a lot more clicking to do what 1 click does in 12.06 or earlier Opera versions!!! What were they thinking?!?!?!

Ok, went back to running Trusty Tahr 14.04 and used Opera 12.16 which plays Youtube videos with correct color.
Then installed beta Opera 25 and again it would not play Youtube or Yahoo videos and any others for that matter.
Followed linuxmint7 instructions above to install the pepper flash plug-in (pepperflashplugin-nonfree), which was be in the Ubuntu repositories and BINGO, videos now play on Youtube and Yahoo with correct color! Also am pleasantly pleased and surprised and with how beta Opera 25 performs better and snappier on Trusty Tahr 14.04 than it does on 12.04!

Yes now that color and videos work, time to try and figure out 'Bookmarks' which seems to be a convoluted mess! Wish they would have left the old bookmark manager which worked great, as it was.

Got used to the old bookmark manager, if that's what you are referring to. Didn't have a clue what they did to bookmarks in 25! Still trying to figure it out. Had 100s of bookmarks that imported over to 25..... for the most part in alphabetical order. However it seems when new bookmarks are added, they just get dumped into unsorted bookmarks with no way to alphabetize them, as was possible in earlier Opera versions.
