Speed dial completely wiped?

Ok, well basically..
Used Opera last night (Long time user) absolutely fine last night, no problems, no changes were made, nothing downloaded..
Loaded up PC this morning and loaded up Opera to find my Speed Dial has been wiped..
the opera situation is my main priority at the moment as I had many, dials that were VERY important. But there was quite few so I do not remember all the website addresses.Is there anyway of putting them back? Opera has really let me down here if there is no way for this to be reversed.
Please, any help is welcomed!

I'm so sorry for the long reply, I didn't realize anybody posted after checking up on it for a while. I managed to sort that problem though thanks!
I'm not currently trying to move my speed dial links to Firefox, I've just started a thread if you'd like to read all the information I've given if you think you may be able to help in anyway? thanks leocg
