Problem with Opera's synchronize

Hi, i use this wonderfull have many years, perhaps i had to format my two computers. After install everything, all the drives, softwares, and obvious the Opera i tried to synchronize. But, that's the problem. I have no more in the options, the way to put the buttons that i liked in the browser, like the favorites, home page, and ....
And the browser don't synchronize, just send me to the page where i can just see my old favorites and have acess to the speed dial. I can't add other websites that i need, somebody can help me plssss???
The buttons os opera link don't appears too, as well as the operacloudy and other importants buttons.Ps.: i use windows 7 ultimate 64 bits.

Opera 15+ is a different product with different functionalities and lack of others, that's why you don't see most of the things you were used to.
The have the Opera you were used to, you need to (re)install Opera 12.16 or older.
On new Opera you can enable bookmarks bar here and the on settings. Sync - only Speed Dials, Stash and custom searches atm - can be enabled on [url-opera://flags/#sync]opera:flags[/url].
