Disable suggestions and autocomplete in the address bar

I realize this has come up numerous times by all of the locked threads that I've read, but I can't help but bring this up again. Is there currently any way to only type a URL in the address bar without autocomplete, autocorrection, or showing everything you have in your history or bookmarks? I know people are going to say, "why is that an issue?" Well, with a lot of people creating content for the Internet, and a lot of that information is shared real-time (live streams) it can become a privacy issue if someone is trying to demonstrate something online, if all of their information is coming up when they try to type in a URL.
At a bare minimum, it should be possible to at least launch Opera with a command switch to disable this feature. Has anything like that happened yet?

Definitely agree with @bearcatjamboree , please implement it or unlock it if available. Manual cache clean (maybe does it), but we want this say on regular start/stop basis, per sessions of use. If other browsers like Chrome and Edge can, Opera should too. Does Opera run a Jira or Git somewhere?
