I can't download the broswer

i have tried everything to actually download this browser.. nothing, I tried again and again. Then i found out it wasn't the broswer that was the issue its my chromebook that is the issue. sucks but i can't download the browser until my computer is compatible with the download.

@vixenmoon You forgot to say what the problem is, why you can't download. You can't open the download page? The download doesn't start? What?
