Open tabs are not automatically refreshing after the start up

@vaclavv Probably there was no way to fix it or a fix would break other things to the point of it not be worth fixing.

@vaclavv I asked about other browsers because it could be related to a Chromium change or bug.

It's probably related with the new session manager, which is Chromium's one. So I guess we will need to get used to that new behavior.

@leocg Thank you however I still believe it will be fixed (or maybe some addon). I cannot imagine to refresh manually some 67 tabs on a daily basis
