How do I fix this issue when downloading Opera GX?

I'm trying to install Opera GX, but whenever i do, I just get this message. (I have Windows 11 so that might be the problem.)

@battlez Before you get there, there should have been a lihk for Options, one of which would have been for type of install. The default install (if you don't click on Options) is for current user. Install for current user should work fine, but if there are other users on the computer who will also want to run it then you should try installing for all users instead.

Do you have the same issue with the offline installer?
