The created express panel is not saved when restarting

What was done:
The old opera files were added with a replacement to the new one.

the express panel appeared, but then disappeared.

I'm adding sites. they are displayed.

I open my bookmarks and there are several types of express panels with my sites.

how do I make sure that there is one express panel and it is saved?

@jhon22 Go to opera://bookmarks and check Speed Dial "folder" on the left. Speed Dial from current installation are there.
