Need help to unzoom/unmagnify screen its kind of unusable

I regularly use the zoom magnify to read since I don't have my glasses right now and I accidentally hit 500% and now I can't unzoom it because I can't really move left or right with the bar because everything is super zoomed in. What do I do?

@gamer1337 Press the * key to immediately return to 100%.
