Why has Opera removed the option to "Customize the Toolbar"?

Hi,
Does anyone know Why Opera have removed the option to "Customize the Toolbar"?
Is there another way of doing it now?

@apophus It wasn't removed, it was a feature of Opera Presto (Opera 12 and older)

Opera Chromium (Opera 15 and newer) never had such option.
