Hi
It says on https://link.opera.com that
"If you're using Opera on a computer, click on the cloud icon in the lower left corner of the browser window, then select "Enable synchronization" and log in with your Opera account".
I checked Opera 17 and 18 and I do not see any icon on the lower left corner?
Where is this?

Ok, then how do you synchronize with the Opera 18 browser? I too get no cloud in the lower left-hand corner (in fact there's no status bar at all).

They are working on it. If you go to Opera Link using Opera 18 (from the menu, Tools), you will see this message:
Don't worry – your bookmarks are safe!
We're working to improve synchronization and make it more integrated with our next generation of browsers.
But, for now, you can use this web interface to access your bookmarks and other data.
Thanks for bearing with us.Don't place too much trust in that. Your bookmarks are only really safe if you keep a backup on an external drive or somewhere in the cloud, such Dropbox.

Hi!
And how do you create a back up?
It is not like you can import / export your bookmarks like in Mozilla.
