I am wondering someone, copied my website layout. it is legal to copy another website layout?

I am a business owner & some of my competitors copied my website layout & content also. it will impact my website ranking when google crawls their website? I am really stressed, what should I do? Can I contact google customer support? or claim copyright issue?

      Please give me suggestions,
      Thank You

@shujaatshakeeb26 I don't think website layout is copyright protected. But for content protection, you can send email to website owners who steals your content and provide them original content link and request clearly to remove content which belongs to your site. Explain that if they don’t, you will file a DMCA takedown complaint with their web hosting company. Sometimes website owners are unaware of the stolen content and often unknowingly buy the stolen content.
If the website owner has been non-responsive or there is no contact information listed, you can send DMCA takedown notice to the website host. You can also file a DMCA complaint with google.
