Sync news feeds

I've added news feeds to my desktop browser but I don't know how to sync them with the browser ion my Android phone. The only news feeds I can see on my phone are the feeds recommended by Opera.

Any help is appreciated.

@bret Opera for Android doesn't have/support news feed.
