CTRL + TAB doesn't work

Hello. Few weeks ago CTRL + TAB shortcut stopped working on my PC. I have tried reinstall Opera, remove Opera folders from AppData/Local/ and AppData/Roaming. I don't know what else I can try...

Forgot to mention, CTRL + Shift + TAB works.

Which version of Opera? It's working here on Opera Stable 24 and on Opera Beta 25.

Guys in other forum found solution... Uninstalled Geforce Experience and now everything works fine Now installed it back and CTRL + Tab still works. "Allow desktop capture" blocks this hotkey combo.
