[Solved]Amazon/orders page won't load

W10, Opera 84.0.4316.14 Amazon, click Returns and Orders
In private window the page loads, but in normal window with all apps disabled it doesn't. What would explain that?
Also I used to find place to report problems/bugs but no more. Is it still here?

Turned out to be the vpn. How a vpn affects just one page in a domain and not the others is not clear to me.
