<![CDATA[[Solved]Amazon/orders page won't load]]>W10, Opera 84.0.4316.14 Amazon, click Returns and Orders

In private window the page loads, but in normal window with all apps disabled it doesn't. What would explain that?

Also I used to find place to report problems/bugs but no more. Is it still here?

How a vpn affects just one page in a domain and not the others is not clear to me.
