Downloading Speed issue...

Even today, this is the oldest of all problems. Years ago I reported this, it was fixed, but it came back after awhile. Apparently, the browser does not utilize the full potential of the internet connection while downloading. As a result, the download is quite slow. However, when you download from somewhere else, like the play store, the download speed just skyrockets. I don't know why it's happening, but please fix it.

@apklub If you are using VPN or data savings, it may be the cause.

@leocg no I'm not using any kind of VPN or data saving.... let's assume that I'm using VPN or data saving then why the downloading speed sometime behave normally...

@apklub Also remember that download speed depends on a lot of factors, specially the sites capacity and policy.

And rated speed is valid within your ISP network, there is no way to guarantee it outside.
