Unusably slow scrolling Win 11 browsers

New PC with Win 11.
Very slow to scroll pages after starting Opera (or Edge).

But, if I hit Shift/Esc to open Task Manager, then select and end the GPU Process - it fixes the issue - usually instantly.

Don't want to use this workaround for ever.

Please help with a permanent fix.

@camran No problems here. Is hardware acceleration enabled? Check opera://gpu

Everything is so incredibly slow on my end too. RAM usage is super high too.
