Some Yahoo articles have a comment section. Opera shows it when I'm reading the article. But when I try to save the article as PDF, the comment section disappears on the PDF file. Instead it shows a blank space for the comment section.

      How to fix this problem?

What happens, if you print page, choosing PDF as printer?

@donq Then the comment section does get printed. But some text isn't printed between pages. It might has to do with margins. That's weird. But I'd like to see the whole article in one PDF page.

Link to an article that has a comment section?

@burnout426 There are many. Here is just one example. You will find a comment section at the bottom of the article. Right now it says it has 50 comments.

@pekingopera I tested that page. First, I expanded all the comments and all of their replies, and clicked all the "see more" links in each comment so that all comment content was shown. Since everything is lazy-loaded, I figured that might be necessary.

Anyway, I can confirm that none of the comments are saved with "Save as PDF". In looking at the current state of the DOM for the page, I see that the whole comments section is loaded in a sandboxed iframe. I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing that there's something specific with how that's done in this case that prevents Opera's Save as PDF feature from grabbing the comment content in that iframe.

I did a simple test with a sandboxed iframe and Opera's "save as pdf" feature handles things no problem. So, it's not a general problem with sandboxed iframes.

@pekingopera I filed bug DNA-97760 for this to see if someone at Opera can figure out the cause and if it can be fixed. No guarantees.
