Importing Bookmarks from old HDD to new SSD

I had Opera on my old spinning hard disk and just installed a new SSD that I'm using as a boot drive for Windows 10 and other programs. I changed the name of my old C: drive to now be X: drive and reinstalled a new version of Opera on the new C: drive. I'd like to bring over all of my bookmarks.
I'm guessing the solution is as simple as copying and pasting/overwriting a folder but I'm not sure exactly what folder that would be because I haven't come across a folder that only contains bookmarks. The closest I've come is finding three Bookmarks files in the Local Disk (X:) > Users > ADMIN > AppData > Roaming > Opera Software > Opera Stable folder. But since this folder contains so many other files and folders I'm a bit hesitant to copy/overwrite to the new C: drive.
Thanks for any help.

@bigswifty Copying and pasting the Bookmarks file should be enough. You can include BookmarksExtra also if you want.

You could sign-up for Opera Sync.
Toggle the switches in the options for Opera Sync, once you have logged into your Opera Sync account, everything is restored. -
