How to get Adobe Flash in Opera?

Sirs,

I am running Monterey 12.1 on my Imac
with Opera Browser Version 81.0.4196.

I thought Opera supported Adobe Flash but I do not
see it on my installed Opera. Do I need to do
something on my installed Opera Browser to enable
Adobe Flash or

Do I need to install another version of Opera ?

If I need to install another version of Opera where do I find
it and are there tools to help me remove my
current installed version of Opera on my Imac ?

Last Opera version with support for Flash was, probably, 72 and even though with the user needing to allow Flash all the time.

And don't forget that you would need to use a version of Flash without the code to make it stop working after December 2020.
