Why is there a red line beneath some tabs in Opera.

Guys! I am attending online school. My school uses Google Meet, and whenever I use google meet in Opera, there is a red line. Any idea what is tht about ?

Some kind of notification? I have seen such red lines (not lately) while using MS Teams - it notified about chat message then,
