Endless tabs loading in my Opera Developer for Windows

I installed the last version of Opera Developer x64 on Windows 8. When I run it, tabs won't load. I can't open bookmarks page as well, for an example setting page and other pages for opera developer's customization can't be loaded. How to fix that problem? Any ideas?

You have 12.x?
What is the address you are loading? In Presto, it was possible to it (by accident) so that a file type said "Open with default program" but Windows thought that program should be Opera. In that case you'd get a loop with Opera seding the file to Windows and Windows giving it back to Opera, so I need to know specifically the extension on the file it is trying to open to know what file type is messed up.

As I wrote I installed Opera Developer v26 x64 on Windows 8. It's not opening the files, but the web pages or local opera customization pages (settings, plugins, flags, downloads ....) and tabs are in endless loops. That means web pages and opera customization pages can't be open in "Opera Developer's" tabs.

There is no official 64-bit build for Windows, so I'm wondering what you have ... most likely the 32-bit version (aka x86).

Do you use any extensions? While I know how this can occur in Presto, I haven't seen it in 26 ...

When I uninstalled Opera Developer I also deleted all user settings, I don't think so there are extensions active when I install it back

See http://forums.opera.com/topic/4843/nothing-opens-on-25-0-1606-0
Sadly this bug now has been introduced in Opera 25.0.1614.50 stable for me.
