Some videos won't play in Opera 24

Note: This is NOT an attempt to spam nor advertise a product. But the video in question is from sales pages for such - so I can't help but post it. This is a valid question and possible bug report.

The video on this page does not play in Opera 24, but plays in all other browsers:

There is another video that had the same problem, but I don't remember the URL. Would anyone know why this happens?

It plays here on Win8.1.

Which Windows do you use? Is opera://flags/#proprietary-media-types-playback enabled?

Windows 7, and no that flag wasn't enabled. Once I enabled it, the videos work perfectly. Thanks!
