Is there a way to use your own custom animated wallpapers? Other than the ones available in Opera addons?

I want to set a custom animated wallpaper but there are only a few options available in Opera addons. I know you can upload your own images but I don't see an option for animated, at least in the form of mp4. If it is possible, would be great if someone could walk me through it, thanks.

@nyanapple yes, there is. Webm or Webp should be used.
