Smaller Tiles on Bookmarks Full Page

Is there any way to make the bookmarks full page tiles a bit smaller?
It could save us from scrolling up and down when having a lot instored.
And something weird. After selecting the list view, when i open a folder shows the stored bookmarks as tiles. I would expect to see them as a list too, don't you think? Can you fix that.
