opera reports 'Frame content not displayed'

on a specific page..
Style settings for frames all ticked.
Any suggestions ?

Could be anything - the frame content comes from a site you've blocked, as the most obvious.

No Site is not blocked, rest of page loads OK

There are two errors in the error console that might be relevant
-moz-box-sizing is an unknown property
and
"::" not followed by known pseudo element
Also with the error is the following
Download sfp.ui.panel.header.logo.svg

Any help?

Okay, not sure why they use an iframe to display the site logo ... probably not important to see that, I guess I'd ignore it.

Yeah, I tried the site yesterday in Opera 12.14, even going through all the masking and identify options I could not get the logo to display. But the entire page displayed fine in qupzilla (a webkit based browser).

Displays fine in Opera 24 for Windows, but not in 12.17 - that's why I said it was a logo. The error message says that a particular SVG file (a vector image) can't be displayed, must be a later version than Opera 12 supports.
