Enabling the Vulkan flag broke Opera GX

When I enabled the Vulkan flag and restarted the browser it turned the whole browser to a black screen and I cannot access anything and when I try to interact with it, it just crashes.

@omi-kun Flags are for Chromium (and Chromium based browsers) developers to test features, changes, etc that they are working on.
Of course users can enable those flags to test the new features and changes, but if a flag is disabled by default is because its feature is not ready yet, most probably. -

Open up the "Local State" file in Opera GX's profile folder with JSONedit in tree mode while Opera is closed. Under root/browser/enabled_lab_experiements, right-click on the enable-vulkan node, delete the node, and save your changes.
