Where is the setting for restoring the last session (all tabs that were open while quitting the app)?
Is the default setting not to restore?

@ebroncos By default Opera starts from last session.
Check on the On Startup section of the settings page.

@leocg Under Bookmarks section, is there a way to change the structure, i.e., the layout so that the main folder will be All Bookmarks or Bookmarks Menu
Currently there is top folder but right away the Bookmarks Bar and Other Bookmarks
