How to allow notifications for a site again?

Using last version opera beta. I delete allowed notifications. I m not able to add again. How can add allowed notification? When I reopen web site for example Instagram, beta don't ask me "want to add allowed notification list" when I open a web site that I never open before, it asked.
I try to add allowed list, but there is no choice.
How can I solve this problem?

@okankocabiyik Go to Settings > Site settings > Notifications, tap the site you want to re-enable notifications for then tap Notifications and choose Allowed.

@yeswap thx but it is not working because the web site that I want allow, does not exist in the list both allowed or not allowed. If I enter a new site, opera ask me "do you want to add allowed site". But when I want to enter the site that I deleted from allowed list before, opera doesn't ask a question. Also, there is no choice in site setting "add allowed site"

@okankocabiyik Strange, any site you dis-allowed should be listed under Denied sites. Maybe an Opera bug.

@yeswap I guess so. How can I report this bug? Opera should make an improvement. User can add or delete any site manually

@okankocabiyik Here I always get a message that notifications are blocked and, if I want to enable them for that site, I need to tap on the padlock badge and on Notifications Blocked to change the permission.
