How to remove all extensions?

Since I got zilch replies to my question about a problem with an extension that refuses to be identified but shows an error message on every start-up, I'm going to remove all extensions and all of their data. I'll appreciate advice on how to do that. If I don't get it, I'm going to uninstall Opera altogether and only keep the bookmarks, and reinstall it later, but without the extension settings stored god knows where the bug will probably come back. Anyway, I feel no particular attachment to this browser anymore.
By the way, if anyone from the company is reading this: really lousy forums. I don't mean the people, but this place is like a postapocaliptic hole, survive as you can.

@leocg I'm telling you, they just won't go away. But there has got to be some folder where all extension information and settings (and their inventory) are kept. I want to wipe that completely clean and make Opera forget I even had any. If I don't find that memory, reinstalling the browser won't do anything.

@temnix If you really have removed the extensions listed in the extensions manager page, removed the extensions folder and still are seeing them listed as installed, then your Opera installation is probably messed up.
Uninstall Opera selecting the option to remove your data and install it again -
