Problem with Opera Browser? Can't find bookmarks menu?

Just started using Opera, and I can't seem to find certain things, like the bookmarks menu. The only place there seem to be any functions are from the top left button called Opera, but that menu has nothing for Bookmarks. I can't find the "View" menu either. Anyone familiar with the recent version of Opera?
Thanks in Advance

Which recent? Stable?
If it is, you're gonna need to go to opera:flags and find some option for showing bookmarks bar or like that.
They say in 23 there are no bookmarks at all - only "stash" and that bar, in 24 you need to activate something (IIRC), while in 25dev there are bookmarks.
Which one is it? -

Forget the replies. New Opera doesn't have bookmarks. Bar isn't bookmarks and developer versions aren't final public versions.

Yes, it has. Enable opera://flags/#bookmarks and then go to to opera:bookmarks. From Opera 25 it will have a menu to access the bookmarks manager.

Bookmarks shouldn't be hidden through some obscure setting and then a manual address. For the average user my statement still holds.

For the average user, bookmarks will come when Opera Stable 25 is released. For now it's just an experiment.

Opera would be perfect if it had full bookmark functionality. Like being able to import from another browser and to backup Opera bookmarks.
