Hello, I see this was posted a few times, but no comments from Opera
Why opera does not look into the Bookmark description while user enters a string in the search bar?
any way to enable that?
This would be a killed feature
Thank you.
Any comments?
@pedror Because such feature was never implemented. And no, there is no way to enable it, for that same reason.
@leocg thanks, that's a shame
@pedror What exactly do you call a Bookmarks description? The bookmarks only have the title and the address, would it be the title?
@leocg good point, that would be the title .
@pedror It seems to search on the bookmark title also. Did a test by adding a bookmark and changing its title to something different than the address and it was suggested when writing something in the address bar.
@leocg I don't have that behavior, humm. What version you using ( i'm using stable and also tested in beta) Do you have any special flags enabled?
