visited links and site blocking

I have win 7 & opera 12.17
I have 5 sites blocked but only 1 is really blocked - the rest I can get to.
Changing the visited link color doesn't work but visited underlined does.

Visited link formatting only works if the website doesn't specify formatting of its own. I used to (in 12.x and before) set visited links to use strikethrough since nobody seemed to modify that in their formatting, but you can only change it in opera:config and not Preferences.
