Close Browswer / Close all tabs

How can i make sure when I close the browser and turn off the PC, all tabs are also closed...? Now when I turn on the PC back and I open Opera (12.17)< i get all my tabs back and I want to avoid that.

Set Opera to not "continue from last time " when starting .
