@sporty78 What do you cal an add-ons? Since the page where you get Opera extensions is named addons.opera.com. I guess the answer is yes.
However, as I said browsers (majority of them at least) no longer use plugins nowadays.

Let's try this again:
I am a survey panel member (which means that I receive daily invitations to take part in them) and I access the survey links using Opera.
Sometimes, the survey disclaimer states that an add-on needs to be installed. At one time, opera:plugins would have accessed plug-ins and the Extensions tab would have accessed extensions only.
However, since opera:plugins is no longer functional, I am asking if 'Extensions' is where I would find the installed add-ons so that I can delete them after the survey is complete.
Again, I ask: Are Add-ons and Extensions listed together in the Extensions tab?

@sporty78 If I remember correctly, opera://plugins used to list thing like Java, Flash, etc. Those plugins are no longer supported by 9 out of 10 browsers, so if you are talking that kind of plugins then they are not listed in the extensions page.
Now, if plugins is just another name for extensions, then they are listed in the page.

I will make my question simple:
Besides the 'Extensions' tab, where else would 'plug-ins' (that need to be installed in order to complete surveys) be listed?
I click on the survey link, a pop-up appears telling me that a plug-in needs to be installed in order to complete the survey, and I install the plug-in; 'Where' would that plug-in be listed?
If my question still confuses you, leave it for someone else to answer.

If you're talking about a survey extension from https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/survey?_category=extensions, then yes. If you install one, it would show up in Opera at the URL
opera://extensions
. You'd go to that page to manage its settings and uninstall it if you want. -
