      Remove flags which when enabled have no effect like Revamped Incognito, Branding UI, and others, since they have no point to be there in the 1 place if when turned on or off, they do not work.

        @op2 Those are Chromium flags, they come on the package. An remember that not all flags will result in a visible change.

          @leocg But they're available to turn on or off in Opera. Can't you just remove them?

            @op2 There is no reason for them to do it. Also, flags are for the developers to enable/disable features that they are working on and for users that may like to test those features in advance.

            And as I said, not all flags will result in a visible change.

              @leocg So, based on what you're saying those flags are there for devs to test them, even though they don't have any effect. How's that possible?

                @op2 Some may turn on/off things internally, without a visible change in the UI but they have an effect on the browser.
