[Solved]The page is saved incorrectly

I save the page as a single file. When viewing a saved page, it is displayed incorrectly, instead of the page, I see a text alphanumeric set of characters. Please help me solve the problem.!

Opera saving page incorrectly when saving page as Page (completely), see photo above.
There is no possibility to choose MHTML in menu, MHTML missing!

Same page is saved correctly in other browsers?

I tried to open saved in Opera page using Edge - same problem.
Then i tried to start Opera with --save-page-as-mhtml key. Opera really saved page as MHTML but not Opera nor Edge not open this file - empty screen.

Other browsers saving this page correctly.

Yes! The reason is the anti-banner in Kaspersky Internet Security! I turned it off and saving in the MHTML format began to work normally. The file opens normally in both Opera and Edge.
I will launch Opera with a --save-page-as-mhtml key for saving pages in the MHTML format.
