I am going to reset my pc for a clean up. How can I save my opera settings, history, extensions, passwords, cookies etc. ?

@zefrox Will you be reformatting your drive, or just refreshing Windows? If you are reformatting, your user account will be different even if it has the same name, and you will not be able to read data encrypted by the old account such as passwords and cookies. Bookmarks are not encrypted and so can just be copied to the new account. It is possible to export passwords, but not cookies.
