my sync and backup is paused when im sign in to resume that its clearly active and then its back to paused again. i try it again then when i re enter pass there was notice "temporary server error please try again later". how to clear that ?

I have this same issue still this same. I change password. Try to login with Google account. Still nothing.

@oddball10 I've been raising the same problem for months but the moderators are doing nothing. They don't even say if they forward it to the developer team.

@bakinazik time to move on from Opera unfortunately. If you can't get issues like this troubleshooted, find a platform that can I guess

@oddball10 Unfortunately there is no browser equivalent to opera. I hope they fix it soon, but I'm not hopeful at all.

@oddball10 I see that you are new here. Don't know if you have any experience in forums and similar places, but usually when someone post saying that s/he has a problem and other people reply informing that they don't see the same issue, then maybe the cause of the issue is locall. Or limited to a specific environment.

@bakinazik I just downloaded 'Opera Touch' for mobile and the sync was seamless.

@tsuyu I got the sana problem but it is solved. I used my laptop to sync my opera account both in android and laptop. Go to opera.com/connect page at laptop and scan the qr code with your telephone, a code will be asked in both opera systems and voila... all connected and synced.

I was able to sync using mobile data instead of wifi. Try syncing with this method!

As I said, the only method for now is to log in using mobile data instead of wifi. First, put the phone on mobile data. After that go to opera.com/connect and sync.
I did this with opera beta.

It is not working, still.
I used mobile data (and I am logged in my Opera account) and did a test login,
but it is not recognized in my account password list...Really crazy and a totally waste of time!
