[Solved]Win 10: Opera suddenly won't open full-screen

When I click on the Opera logo on my Quickstart bar at the bottom of the screen (Windows 10), Opera opens, but all I get is the postage-stamp-size picture showing the Speed Dial tab. I cannot make it open the way it used to.
This was somehow caused by a program I downloaded called Restoro, but I did not ask Restoro to do it. I deleted Restoro.
I suppose I could always delete Opera and then re-install it, but if I can, I'd like to be able to open it the way it used to open.

@notsosmartguy None of the solutions you've found when following rule number one helped fixing the issue?

@leocg If rule # 1 is reboot & try it again, I've done that 2 or 3 times, that was the first thing I did, and it does not work.
I've tried double-clicking on the icon on my screen, right-clicking everywhere, etc., an d nothing works.
Also looked at the Services page under Windows Admin tools, and Opera is not listed there.

@notsosmartguy Nope, rule number one is:
Search before adding a new post or thread to see if the topic has already been covered.
Keep Trying Win + D, Win + Space, Alt + Space

@leocg Thanks for the reminder. Had not done that, did it after reading your message, found a solution that worked.

Hello There I have downloaded the latest version of Opera when I click to open the browser it opens up a panel in my
taskbar. I am unable to open this up onto my screen. I can open multiple panels in the taskbar but unable to open or drag any panels onto my home screen Any suggestions ?
Thanks Andy
