Settings aren't synced

Recently due to certain problems with my computer, I had to uninstall Opera and now I want to recover all the information and settings that I had. I had my account syncing and everything but now it doesn't return my previous settings What can be done?

What device were you previously syncing with?

@karol29 Just a few settings are synced as far as I know.

Rather poorly implemented feature, does not sync as much as it says it does, no way of restoring tabs or speed dials, and loses much of your history after moving to another PC or reinstalling Opera. The only thing it did well was keep my passwords.

how?? I had to do a reset of my computer. I have had sync on always. But I cannot get the speed dial to reload to my refreshed computer

@magualua Speed dials from other devices appear in Bookmarks, so you can copy them from there and paste them into the new Speed dial folder. Select all is Ctrl-A, or should be on the context menu. Not sure what he had in mind for sessions..

Yes, I know, it isn't really an other device, but to Sync it is.
