If the extension still doesn't work, please let us know at user support service (unidownloader com/contact-us).
It will be much easier for us to solve the problem if you provide additional information in your request:

• Are you logged in to the site where you want to download the video/image?
• Link to the page with the video/pictures where the error occurs;
• Name and version of the extension;
• A link to a screenshot with the browser version (Click on the Opera icon in the upper left corner -> "Help" -> "About Opera")
