@solindas22 hello your extension is excellent and really works very well on YouTube and was working great on Instagram but the past couple of weeks the Instagram extension has been sealed will this be repaired soon?

@andrebaker45 I beg to differ reading this post I have just tried to use my IDL helper on my Instagram and it's still doing the same thing whereas before it would instantly download videos or pictures now it's directing me to use an app so no it is not working properly please repair I love your app when it's working properly.

Probably the problem lies in the data that the browser accumulates. Over time, this litter starts to interfere with the extension! Don't worry, this is very easy to deal with.
First of all, you need to clear the cache:

1. Click on the Opera icon in the upper left corner -> "Settings" (or press Alt+P)
2. In the window that opens, select "Privacy and Security" -> "Clear browsing data”
3. Check "Cached images and files" and select the time range at the top, click "Clear data”
   Next, you should close and reopen the browser. Now try using the extension. The problem persists? Then you should clean the site database:
4. Click on the Opera icon in the upper left corner -> "Developer" -> "Developer Tools" (or press Ctrl+Shift+I)
5. In the opened window select "Application" -> "Storage" -> "IndexedDB”
6. Select folders in youtube.com / instagram.com sections one by one and click "Delete"
   Enjoy using the extension!

It will be much easier for us to solve the problem if you provide additional information in your request:

• Are you logged in to the site where you want to download the video/image?
• Link to the page with the video/pictures where the error occurs;
• Name and version of the extension;
• A link to a screenshot with the browser version (Click on the Opera icon in the upper left corner -> "Help" -> "About Opera")
