Can't upload images from the clipboard

I cant upload images from the clipboard (only works with screenshots, idk why) when i try to upload an image from clipboard opera dont respond to the action and if i keep clicking "upload" opera starts to consume 100% CPU and then crashes plz help

@matiazluk It doesn't matter to where you are uploading the image to?

Goto the URL opera://settings/userInterface, disable "Show popup with clipboard and recent downloads when uploading files", restart Opera, and try again.
